100% attendance



        100% attendance 
Today all 16 children from Room 2 were at school and on time! It is the first time, this term (and it is week 9), that every child in the class has been on the mat when Miss Poi has called the roll. She was so happy!
One of our manaaki goals is to achieve 100% attendance. If we achieve this, then we get an extra 10 minutes play during interval.
We also talked about, and recorded our ideas on "why it is important to come to school everyday".


Miss Poi was so happy that everyone was at school on time, so we took a photo to capture that moment.

    Atahlia and I are both going to put in a better effort and make sure we are on time every morning from now on for both class and netball��

    Tau kē! What a great goal Room 2. I love the class photo, how neat to celebrate 100% attendance that morning. I hope you have all had a great first week back. I am looking forward to seeing how your Manaaki balls challenge goes and following your blog entries in Term 3.
