Elgin School Pepeha

Elgin School has their own pepeha.
Here is Room 2 saying their school pepeha.
You can read the pepeha - it is below our video.
Does your school have a pepeha?

  1. Kia ora Room 2,
We loved listening to your class say your pepeha. This was interesting for us as we are so used to our own pepeha so hearing another way was awesome. We like that you are all learning your kura and personal pepeha. We noticed that your pepeha is quite different from ours too. We have to say ours at whole school Taumata in the mornings if we are on kai mihi. This has made us want to share our pepeha in an interesting way like your class has.

Thank you for your positive, thoughtful, helpful comments:
Positive - something done well
Thoughtful - a sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say
Helpful - give some ideas for next time or ask a question you want to know more about

We are learners at Elgin School. This is a place where we will be able share our learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just our first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. We would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

Ngā mihi nui,
Room 2 @Elgin School.
